Conflict and Human Rights Team
Our team specialises in investigating conflict and human rights abuses around the world. We use open source investigative methods to identify, document and expose human rights abuses as well as to record and explain developments in ongoing conflicts. This includes, but is not limited to investigations into weapons systems, use of lethal force against civilians, reporting on ongoing and emergent conflict zones and exposing violations of basic human rights in both conflict and non-conflict settings. We work collaboratively with reporters, independent journalists and members of our community and regularly publish in partnership with local and international media outlets to ensure maximum reach and impact for our work. Additionally we provide guides and tools to help other researchers, journalists and investigators monitor, document and investigate conflict and human rights abuses.
