Keith is an Affiliated Faculty member at George Mason University. He received his B.S. in Physics from Texas A&M and his Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Johns Hopkins University. He was on the Chemistry Faculty at the University of Wisconsin before serving as a civilian scientist for the US Navy, DHS, and the FBI Laboratory. Since retiring, he occasionally provides technical assistance to Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, specializing in chemical and biological defense topics.
He received his BS in Physics from Texas A&M and his PhD in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins. He is currently Affiliated Faculty at the Departments of Molecular and Microbiology and Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at George Mason University. He previously taught as a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin and served as chair of the Biomolecular and Biosystems group within the Cognitive, Neural, and Biomolecular Science and Technology Division at the Office of Naval Research.
